Dess & Nino

You may remember Dess & Nino from their stylish and colorful engagement shoot a couple of months ago. And as stylish as that was, their wedding took the cake :) From the bridesmaids' dresses being different shades of green to the groom and all of the groomsmen wearing black and white converse, the subtle details of their wedding made it beautiful, laid-back, unique and fun all at the same time. In planning out the wedding day timeline, Dess & Nino decided they didn't want to miss out on the festivities while doing bridal portraits of the two of them, so instead, Jason, Dess and Nino went out a couple of days later for a bride and groom session....those pics are coming up soon. In the meantime, here is a peek into Dess & Nino's special day:

It is always nice when Jason gets to see past brides and grooms - thanks for the referral Topher and Estelle!

I'll leave you with  this final image of Dess and Nino on their wedding night....check out the slideshow below to see their special day unfold, and don't forget to check out their Day After Session.

Senior Portraits - Erin

Some of you might remember Molly - she was one of our Senior Ambassadors this year. Well, her best friend Erin thought her pictures were soooo great :) that she decided to have Jason photograph her senior portraits as well. And as an added bonus, Molly came along for the shoot so Jason was able to get some shots of the two of them together, which is always fun! As I was going through Erin's pictures from the session, I couldn't help but notice how natural she was in front of the camera - one cute face after another, followed by sultry and serious, then beaming and radiant. Here's to another great session!

Family Portraits - Chris, Nick & Natasha

Family portraits are always fun, especially when the family is near and dear to us :) Last week Jason photographed our niece and nephews.  I tagged along on this shoot, along with Max, Mallory, Jack, my dad, and a yummy picnic dinner :) Chris and Nick are no longer little boys, they are good-looking young men (and very tall!). And my Natasha - the little girl I fell in love with the moment I laid eyes on her.....she is now a beautiful young woman. I shouldn't be surprised that they are growing up (I have 3 kids of my own now....I'm not 18 anymore :) but WOW - time flies! And I might be a little biased (since they are my family and my husband took the pictures :), but I think they turned out GREAT!

Meet Chris, Nick & Natasha:

Look at how she looks at her big brothers...too cute!!

Some individual shots:

A little extra Natasha :)

And one last one of the three of them...

Tim & Cat

Last week Jason accompanied Tim and Cat to Goucher College in Towson, Maryland to shoot their engagement session. Tim and Cat are both Goucher alumni - and Goucher is very important to them. In addition to being their alma mater, Goucher is where they met and fell in love - a very special love that can't be missed when you see them together :)

Senior Portraits - Rachel

Jason has been very lucky to have some great seniors to shoot this year, and Rachel was no exception! They had a good time in the studio and then for the outdoors, once again, Jerusalem Mill. Rachel was a trooper - laid in the grass, sat on the rocks....it always helps when people are willing to do whatever :) And it pays off - Rachel's pictures are beautiful!
